Between 1 January and 31 October this year, 319,636 truck arrivals were recorded, of which more than half were containerized (52%), followed by trucks bringing/delivering general cargoes (15%), cars (14%), bulk cargoes (13%), and the lowest number of liquid cargo trucks (6%). The upward trend continued in the first days of November, with a new daily record of 1,902 trucks on 8 November.
In the Sermin area, we are continuing the development of a new external truck terminal, which will provide more than 200 parking spaces for trucks. The main construction work is therefore expected to start in early 2023 and be completed by the end of next year.
