Access2NAPA

Projekt ACCESS2NAPA je bil sprejet v okviru razpisa Evropske unije skozi program IPE – prioriteta Transport v letu 2021, s specifičnim ciljem, ki je vezan na ukrepe za »odstranjevanje ozkih grl, izboljšanje interoperabilnosti železnic, premostitev manjkajočih povezav in zlasti izboljšanje čezmejnih povezav«. Projekt je namenjen študijam oz. pripravi dokumentacije za projekte, ki bodo vodili k začetku gradbenih del med leti 2021 in 2024 oziroma do leta 2027. Program CEF Transport 2020 je sofinanciran v višini do 50 %. Za ostala sredstva pa bo poskrbela Luke Koper, d. d. sama.

Gre za 40-mesečni projekt, ki se je začel v juliju 2021 in v katerem Luka Koper sodeluje z Upravo pristaniškega sistema osrednje-severnega Jadranskega morja – pristaniščem Ravena (vodilni partner), Upravo pristaniškega sistema Severnega Jadrana – pristaniščem Benetke, Upravo pristaniškega sistema vzhodnega Jadrana – pristaniščem Trst.

Prijavljene naložbe so razdeljene na pomorski dostop do pristanišča ter na železniški in cestni dostop (iz česar tudi izhaja ime ACCESS2NAPA). Aktivnosti, ki se bodo izvajale v projektu, bodo vključevale vso dokumentacijo, ki je predvidena pred izvedbo del (študije izvedljivosti, analize, geomehanske raziskave IDP, PGD, PZI itd.). Natančneje gre predvsem za projektne dokumentacije za izgradnjo novih priveznih mest, podaljševanje pomolov, poglabljanje morskega dna v pristaniških bazenih, gradnjo ali podaljševanje železniških tirov ter gradnjo cestnih dostopov do železniškega sistema v pristanišču.

Projekt je deležen financiranja Evropske unije skozi program IPE – prioriteta Transport.

ACCESS2NAPA se je pričel izvajati julija 2021 in se bo zaključil predvidoma konec leta 2024.

The ACCESS2NAPA project was approved under the EU call CEF – Transport in 2021, with the specific objective focused on the promotion of maritime and land accessibility of the ports involved”. The project is intended for studies or for the preparation of the project documentation that will lead to the start of construction work between 2021 and 2024 or until 2027. The CEF Transport 2020 program is co-financed in the amount of up to 50%. The rest of the funds will be provided by Luka Koper, d.d.

It is a 40-month project that began in July 2021 and in which the Port of Koper cooperates with the Central Adriatic Port Authority – Ravenna Port (Lead Partner), the North Adriatic Port Authority – the Port of Venice, the Eastern Port Authority Adriatic – the port of Trieste.

The reported investments are foreseen to improve the maritime access to the port and others related to the rail and road access (hence the name ACCESS2NAPA). The activities to be carried out in the project will include all the documentation envisaged, before the works are carried out (feasibility studies, analyzes, geomechanical surveys IDP, PGD, PZI, etc.). In the specific, for what regards the port of Koper, these are project documentation for the construction of new berths, extension of piers, deepening of the seabed in port basins, construction or extension of railway tracks and construction of road accesses to the railway system in the port.

The project is co-funded by EU through the CEF – Transport priority.

The activities for ACCESS2NAPA started in July 2021 and are expected to be completed by the end of 2024.
