Projekt je imel za cilj definirati skupne strategije in postopke načrtovanja uporabe kopnega v transportne namene, da bi tako povečali vlogo pristanišč kot ključnih akterjev v razvoju pomorstva in logistike. Projekt se je izvajal v okviru programa MED in je bil deležen financiranja s strani ESRR.

Porta: the project goal was to define and implement common strategies and integrated transport/land use planning procedures for increasing the role of ports as strategic key actors of the maritime and logistics development and as a gateway to access the inner regions. The project was co-financed by ERDF in the framework of the MED Programme.
